I'm proud to present Mrs. Latasha Biggs, who admirably serves as coordinator of the 4-H Bullseye Brigade in Henderson County. She'll also discuss the means by which one can become a member, and a hugely popular fundraiser (involving pancakes) through which we can support the brigade.
