This week, we visit with an exceptional educator, whose pure determination and strong will to succeed greatly inspired his former students and co-workers. Rick Boggess spent over three decades serving as an instructor of visually-impaired students in the Owensboro Public Schools...and is totally blind himself. We'll take time to reflect on his fascinating journey through school, as well as his highly-successful career in education, in a conversation which will be continued on next week's program.
