He is Mr. Kim Terry, who owned Terry's Total Fitness in Henderson for a number of years, and still performs personal training out of his home. Terry also enjoyed tremendous success in basketball and track and field as a youngster, which earned him a spot in the Henderson County High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Come along as he reflects on his days in the field of competition, and his impressive health and wellness background. We'll learn more about the steps she took to get there, the broadcasters she idolized as a child, and the invaluable lessons she learned working alongside icons such as Bowling Green meteorologist Chris Allen.
